When I had a leaking water heater I called Ft Lauderdale Plumbing. I got quick, professional and friendly service with a price that was over $100 less than the other plumbers I called. I would say they are the Best 5 Stars!!!

Once request was opened on Thumbtack, Tim left a message that more information was needed in order to quote. I liked that since others just post a price without knowing details. I called, explained the job and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. They called the night prior and showed up on time for the appointment. So far so good. Job was completed by unclogging the pipeline from the roof. At the end of the job, the worker informed my daughter the price was $200. No paperwork was left for her to acknowledge the job was completed at the price agreed. That's the mistake that was made that has made me grade this plumber this way and not higher. When i was called to pay the bill, i was told the price was $250. I said "no, my daughter (22 y/o) said $200. She said she would call the plumber to confirm while i double checked with my daughter who said once more $200. I got a call back and then they said it was $225. When i insisted on the price quoted the lady said "perhaps your daughter didn't understand as the plumber has an accent". This was a few days before Christmas so i decided not to fight over the difference and paid the $225. Overall the service request and job were completed to my expectations but, i would get a quote in writing if i use them again. As a landlord i wanted to find someone to use in the futute. I'm not sure if that would be FT Lauderdale plumbing.

Everything was fixed to my expectation. William was professional and got the job done quickly. My only complaint was they did come later than scheduled due to an emergency at another location which for the most part is understandable. They did keep me updated as to what time they would arrive. Would definitely use again.
