Had issues with leaks on 2 valves (Outdoor and Indoor). Contacted this company, and Steven responded right away, and very professional. Steven was able to come the same day, and took care of all the issues. The Indoor issue was just an adjustment on the valve, and he was very honest and not replaced it, since it was in perfect status. Thanks! Highly recommended

I asked for help with my Maytag washing machine and within minutes Archer from Pegas responded. They were at my home, hours later and told me up front what was wrong, what was needed and the price. Quite reasonable and honest. Not only that, once the pieces were ordered, he called me on the weekend and asked if he could come and finish the job! He said he’d be there in 20 MINUTES!! On a Sunday!
Pleasant, considerate and offered to help maintain & clean out my dryer on the same day. This was great because I wouldn’t have to pay for labor twice!!
I am keeping this company’s name & number in my phone.
