I had an issue with my Samsung electric range. And Anatoly came to the rescue. He diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had the range back up and running! Not only was he knowledgeable, but also courteous, punctual, and respectful of our home. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers. Anatoly came out to replace the drain pump on my washing machine, and he did a great job. He showed up on time, figured out the problem quickly, and had everything fixed without any hassle. He explained what was going on in plain English to someone who doesn’t understand anything in washing machines (aka me), didn’t try to upsell anything, and got the job done efficiently. The washer is working perfectly now, and he even cleaned up after himself—which I really appreciated. Super easy to work with, and I’d definitely call him again for any other home repairs. Highly recommend!

The washing machine suddenly stopped working. The technician come at time and quickly diagnosed the issue (control board), ordered the replacement part, and had it installed within a couple of days. Super professional, efficient, and honest. Machine is running perfectly now — highly recommend!
