- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $49, which includes a full diagnostic of the appliance. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the service call fee is waived and applied toward the total cost. We provide upfront pricing after diagnosis, so you know the exact cost before any work begins. There are no hidden fees. We also offer discounts for repeat customers and multiple appliance repairs at the same location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by asking a few questions about the appliance and the issue to better understand the problem. We then schedule a convenient appointment time. Our technician arrives on time, performs a full diagnostic, and clearly explains the issue along with the repair options. You’ll receive upfront pricing before any work begins. Once approved, we complete the repair as efficiently as possible. After the job is done, we test the appliance to ensure everything is working properly and provide a warranty on parts and labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional training in appliance repair and hands-on experience working with a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers. I continuously improve my skills by staying up to date with modern appliance technology and manufacturer guidelines. This allows me to accurately diagnose issues and provide reliable, long-lasting repairs. My experience includes working with major brands and handling both common and complex problems.
