Justin resolved the drain clogs in both kitchen sinks. Work quality was verified as part of the repair process. Justin was friendly, knowledgeable and capable. I would use Justin for future home repairs or projects.

We had. Washington machine issue (with guests on the way) on New Years Eve.
Lucky Home Services contacted me, and came for a repair at 8:30am on New Years Day.
They worked hard to fix the problem in a very old washing machine, which is now spinning properly!!

I was in the market to hire a company to do some work at my home. I’ve been asking around for references and contacted a few companies online via Google with no luck. I remembered the APP Thumbtack and decided to reach out to the top two companies I found based on what I needed.
That’s how Lucky Home Solutions and I connected. They immediately responded to my message and asked some questions about my project.
The very next day (Wednesday, 5/1) Justin was at my residence, on time, in uniform and was ready to discuss my project needs. Super professional and really liked that I got a quote on the spot. They were willing to get the job started right away but I was waiting for one more estimate. Later that night I decided to go with Lucky Home Solutions.
It was easy to make the deposit, the next day (Thursday, May 2nd) the owner (John) was delivering materials to my house, so that the next day the job can get started right away. John communicated with me during that process which I appreciated.
Friday, May 3rd, they came on time as promised at 9 am sharp. They worked all day on project, respected my property, everyone was very nice and professional. The skill level of their work is 5 out of 5.
I highly recommend the entire team at Lucky Home Solutions they made this process for me very seamless, all extremely professional and most importantly they made my vision of my project come true.
Definitely give them an opportunity to bid your job and I wish them continued success.
