Ross the technician that fixed our dishwasher was punctual, friendly, and resourceful. He was kind enough to explain how the machine worked, what went wrong, why it broke, and how to fix it. He was able to fix the dishwasher quickly. Highly recommend you to reach out to Ross before purchasing a new machine. Ross charged me $150 but I paid $170 because of how happy I was with his service.
