He showed up as promised. Unfortunately, what he recommended may or may not correct the problem because the unit has a recalled feature. So we are back to square one.

Devon was great! Messaged him on Thumbtack, he responded immediately and came out same day. I had a few appliance issues (washer machine was shaking, dishwasher was leaking, ice maker wasn’t working) and he was able to identify all the issues upon arrival and fixed the washer. The ice maker was a manufacturer issue that a part was wrong, but he diagnosed what the issue was, applied a temporary solution, and told me how to contact the manufacturer so that I could resolve the issue. The dishwasher stopped leaking and he provided replacement solutions should it happen again, but we went with the temporary fix that was a lower cost for now. I highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Since finding this company I have only relied on them for my appliance repairs. They are so responsive, so reliable, and so affordable! I had a minor issue with my stove which turned out to be my breaker, but Eric showed up on a Saturday, and swiftly detected the problem for me! He got my stove up and running in no time and now I can MANGIA!!! Thank you Eric!!!
