- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All good work has to have a very reliable and good quality result. This goes with fair pricing for both parties. I would always provide the client with the most competitive pricing; and ensure the best result for their investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I divided my process in 4 steps. First, we are going to talk about your ideas, your scope of work, your goals, your style and also how you going to feel in the space. Secondly, I will start planning your project, create mood boards and conceptual renderings of the space, collecting finishes, materials, samples, colors, etc. And make sure you are happy with all the selections. At the third step, we are going to visualize your project with all the specs given. And avoid surprises and waste of time. And in the final step, we are going to execute your project, Make it realistic, healthy, peaceful, unique and enjoyable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Architecture, Master in 3D Visualization and Revit certification by Autodesk. Master in Neuroarchitecture & Virtual Reality.
