Rose Architects is South Florida’s premier architecture and interior design firm. Founded in 2012 by Zachary Rose, we have worked on numerous projects including commercial, residential, and industrial spaces. We take pride in clean, functional spaces and are passionately committed to design perfection, innovation, and sustainability. As the firm’s driving force, Zachary is a licensed Architect in the State of Florida (lic. # AR96067), an accredited LEED AP, and a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Zach worked with us on a time-sensitive project. He communicated with the city to make sure of our exact requirements, helped us find contractors, and talked us through the steps in the process so that we knew what to expect. We had no problems and couldn't be more satisfied and grateful for his expertise and professionalism.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge based on how long a project will take to finish, so almost every project is priced differently. I try to stay competitive though and am always looking for ways to save my clients money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with an in person kickoff meeting to review the scope. From there a proposal is created and once executed, work begins. Communication is key for any project and we provide constant updates all throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Design with a major in Architecture from University of Florida and Master of Architecture from University of Michigan. I'm also NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) certified.
