FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have a new client, I first listen to what they want to explain to me, and then I inform them what the process and cost of cleaning will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied marketing, I have always been related to sales, but after I started doing this business, we took courses to learn how to clean furniture and carpets, where we learned to use the equipment, know what product to use on each fiber, how to remove stains. Now we are preparing to get the Restoration license and we are very happy because soon we will be able to do all kinds of restorations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started because of the pandemic, both my brother and I were left without jobs and we decided to create our own business. A friend told us about this business and we immediately began to investigate, then we did some courses to learn a little about the fibers of the fabrics and how to clean them. After our savings, we bought the necessary equipment and registered our company and thus began this great journey to success.
