We believe in honest and transparent pricing. Every project is unique, so we provide personalized estimates based on the size, condition, and type of furniture or carpet. There are no hidden fees, and we'll always explain the cost before we begin. We also offer discounts for cleaning multiple items during the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your cleaning needs and asking a few questions about the furniture, carpet, or mattress you'd like cleaned. Based on the information and photos (if available), we provide an estimate and schedule a convenient appointment. On the day of service, we inspect the items, explain our cleaning process, perform the cleaning using professional equipment and safe products, and make sure you're satisfied with the results before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on professional training in upholstery, carpet, and mattress cleaning techniques. We continuously study modern cleaning methods, stain removal, fabric care, and the proper use of professional equipment and cleaning solutions to deliver safe and effective results for every customer.
