Yesterday I wrote a bad review for American Steamers. Today I can tell you this is a fine company that does excellent work, they stand by their work and they are men of honor. I was unhappy due to a misunderstanding and the owner Tal Alon offered to give me their top of the line service for no charge in order to make me happy. That's something that only a company that cares for its customers does. I politely refused as I don't want something for free.They came to my house today and cleaned a beautiful wool rug I have.They were professional, curious and did a spectacular job.Thank you American-Steamers I will certainly use you again and I recommend to anyone reading this review to use them as well.Rod Martin

Friendly, professional, and excellent results ! (Mattress & Carpet Cleaning Service Performed on 6/19/2017) I highly recommend American Steamers !Summary:Fast Appointment Turn-Around, Great Communication, Friendly Service at a Fair Price, Excellent Results, AND I look forward to using AS in the future !Tal responded quickly to my online inquiry for service, and called to set up an appointment.Great communication from office manager, when she called to confirm the tech's arrival time on the appointment day.Patient, (the Technician) was great ! He performed a walk through and closely observed the special areas of interest that I showed him. He began the Service estimate (priced fairly) which I quickly approved. He started setting up, and began cleaning right away. Great results- and it took less time that I anticipated ! Patient explained I could begin returning furniture to the room as soon as 6-8 hours following the cleaning. My Name is Tonya Grier. I had the pleasure of contacting American Steamers to have my carpet in my town home cleaned. they sent Kelsey!!!! what an amazing employee . Kelsey was very professional and knowledgeable about the products that they used . he came out to give me an estimate. He arrived about 7 pm. I showed him the town house which is a three story town home . He advised me once we did the walk through that he could have the carpet in the town home cleaned by 8:45 pm. when i say Kelsey did a PHENOMENAL JOB..... my husband and I was very pleased with his professionalism and how fast he got the job done. what an amazing employee.. needless to say kelsey job well done . I'm loving my carpet ...
