FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, in order to renew our licensing, we have to attend a continuing education course every 2 years. I am up to date on the latest developments in my field. I take the effort of learning new things very seriously. That's how we stay young after all!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the trade ever since I was in diapers. You can say that I was born into the trade. My father owned a flooring store before I was born. My flooring expertise is encompassed throughout the experience of my entire life. Not many people can say that.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't simply look at the price being offered. Chances are that you might not be getting the flooring quality that's being promised to you. There are many different tactics out there to try to get less bang for more buck. Many of our customers come from the horror stories of having to redo their flooring, due to buying cheap flooring. Also, if you have someone else install your flooring, make sure that they are reliable. You don't know how many customers we've had, where the installers either don't finish the job, they don't do it right, won't provide a repair - you name it. Sometimes, the installer may even move away or can't ever be reached again. Don't be a victim! Get your flooring done by a reliable company.
