Son's birthday party was a hit. The Culinary Republic recently catered my son's 3rd birthday party and the experience from ordering to delivery and set up was seemless. We ordered several platters of mini gourmet sandwiches, salads, hummus with pita and macaroni and cheese and everything was fresh and delicious. My friends are using them to cater their companies holiday party in December.

HIRE NIKOL to cater your next party. She catered my father's 70th birthday party and everything was perfect. Everyone raved about the delicous food. The cake was AWESOME. You can't go wrong. Plus, Nikol and her husband Tom, are the some of the nicest and most accomodating people you'll ever meet.

Culinary Republic has catered events for me and other organizations that I've been involved with for years. They are amazing!! They are great to work with and their food is always beautifully prepared and exceptionally appetizing. Nobody is ever disappointed when they cater an event.

Nikol Maroulis and her team at Culinary Republic-East Coast Eatery delivered an outstanding dining experience for over 300 guests at our annual gala in Ft Lauderdale on Saturday, May 3. Our organization and guests highly recommend Nikol and her team. They were the talent behind the delicious food at the Ft.Lauderdale Greek Festival in February and we hired them again to host a luncheon this weekend. We have hosted hundreds of events and no one has offered the level of quality in food, service and overall experience that this team offered. Nikol, you and your team continue to be our caterers of choice! Bravo!

I Used Culinary Republic For My Baby Shower The Food was Amazing all My Guests also Loved the Food. One Guest Recently Used her for her Own Wedding and was Also very Pleased...I can't say Enough also about the Amazing Staff.
Would Highly Recommend...:)
