This company is amazing. I work in the plumbing field [Administrative]. From the time the answering service answered my call earlier this morning to the time Alan the plumber came to my home. Answered all my questions with no hesitation. He fixed my problem with a smile as well. From the beginning interaction with scheduling through the technician's visit everything was on time and professional-friendly. The technician, Claudio Oliveira, was on time, called ahead, wore shoe protectors, was professional, knowledgeable, thorough on the HVAC service and easy to talk with.Highly recommend Claudio and Paradise.

The communication was great from the very start. I received a text message showing me a picture of the tech that was coming to my house prior to their arrival. The two technicians (Jim and Joe) arrived and were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I could not recommend any more highly!
