Malik was very polite with us and came to help me and my mom the same day our air conditioner stopped cooling. He added refrigerant and checked something in the air conditioner, and after some time it started working. I hope it will continue to work well; we will keep an eye on the air conditioner. We were having issues with our tankless water heater where everytime we would use it the fuse would shoot sparks and blow out! The last guy we used for our electrical issues was supposed to fix it but he flaked out on us? So went back on here to find someone to repair it and Air Lee came out right way diagnosed the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price! Air Lee was very professional and let us know everything up front and got it done quickly! Very happy with the results we will be using him from now on for all our electrical needs

Get back to customers after coming in and leaving an air conditioner not working. Not getting back to me after leaving an AC worse is terrible customer service.
