My situation is quite unique as my air unit was previously installed incorrectly, the team at American Air was very punctual, informative and very professional in service. Unfortunately the job took much longer than expected or desired but that is neither fault of American Air or my own.
My only feedback would be to provide clients with an recommended list of licensed and vetted electricians to assist in the timely release of all projects and engagements.
Other than that the service was done very professionally, clean job and very knowledgeable in all things to do HVAC
Would definitely recommend to family and friend in event of HVAC emergency.

Nicholas was extremely efficient and responsive to our needs , he was able to pin point the problem and with hours the problem was fixed we definitely will be calling him again if and when we experience another issue ! Thank you
