I am a regular customer and I needed the A/C coil cleaned for a rental property before sale. Ask for Cool master technician Nigel was so busy for two weeks there was no time slot to fit me in. Finally he arrived Thursday evening at 7pm and worked until 9pm. That was service above and beyond the call of duty. The walk through was successful and the sale of the rental unit went through. I have Ask for Cool to thank for that!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Weve been dealing with an AC that doesnt cool properly for months. Ive tried other companies that have given me the run around. From the time I spoke to Jasmine, I knew I was in great hands. I explained our issues and she calmly assured me that someone would come promptly to assess the problems.Nigel was timely, reasonable, and very clear. We FINALLY have an AC that works the way it should. I wish I found Ask for Cool sooner. Im never using another HVAC company again! Thank you!
