Introduction: You may have experienced inconsistent cleaning when dealing with other companies. Usually, you get good-quality service for the first few months of the contract. As time lapses, the quality of the service you receive declines. Our “Five Way” communication forms solve this problem. 1. Cleaning Checklist Every time the workers finish their work, they mark down what they have done in the cleaning checklist to ensure that the job was completed. Once a month, we will report this form to you. 2. Inspection Report Once a week, we will inspect the cleaning services and mark where the workers need improvement in the inspection report form. Then, we make sure the workers correct these problems immediately. Once a month, we will report this form to you. 3. Manager’s Cleaning Evaluation Once a month, we will mail a cleaning evaluation to the manager or leave it on your desk and pick it up the next day. This evaluation includes a cleaning evaluation and spaces for suggestions and comments. We can also deliver the evaluation to you in person and take your comments on-site. Your evaluation will be looked over and, if any actions are necessary, they will be taken decisively. 4. Tenant’s Cleaning Evaluation Once a month, we will leave a cleaning evaluation form for the tenants on their desks. It includes a cleaning evaluation and spaces for comments and suggestions. We will pick it up the next day. Once a month, we will report the results of the evaluation to you. 5. Memo Pad We will use memo pads to communicate simple tasks or messages with you. Such messages might be left when we report burnt-out lightbulbs or just to let you know that we need to reorder restroom supplies. You can write down your needs and wants on the memo pad as well. We will check the memo pads during our visits and immediately correct the problem.

I recently realized that I have had my Outpatient Surgery Center and my private office cleaned by by Florida Cleaning for over 10 years. I must say that they are as good today as the first day we contracted them. It's a testament to their staff and supervisors that we have achieved this milestone. I look forward to the next 10 years.
