The experience with Jaime was excellent, very prompt, and punctual whenever we communicated. He arrived and quickly explained and tried to fix it, but unfortunately afterwards 5 min later it went out again, unfortunately it had a mallard that corrupted my files.and system having to upgrade my hard drive and restore the system. He had to take it with him to work on it fir several days but after bringing it back the system has been working fine, he assured me if at anytime it happened again to please contact him quickly. So, all in all, it was a 5 star recommendation.
