When the CryptoWall Virus threatened to shut down one of my computers in the middle of a deadline, I found Priority 1 Computers on a frantic google search at 5 o'clock in the morning. I called the number and someone actually answered the phone! A real live person!Rick provided me with an immediate solution and there I was continuing my work (on a back-up computer) while a technician began work remotely on my very sick computer. I live in Rhode Island and Priority 1 is based in Florida. Not an issue for me. It worked. Worked better actually. I didn't have to leave my office.I was able to speak directly with one of their technicians, Kristian, who worked on restoring my computer. The virus had caused extensive damage. Kristian worked his technological magic and I could monitor the progress if I understood it! I don't. I even checked in with him the other night at 7:30pm. They really are available 24/7. I can't thank Priority 1 Computers enough. You really saved me a lot of time, trouble and money. I highly recommend them to anyone, anywhere. The remote service is unbelievable. My best to you all, Rick and Kristian, and staff.

Hello Everyone, I'm Craig and I want you to know that Rich and Kristian save my computers life !!!! I had some very malicious Malware/ Viruses on my system that wonderful Panda didn't protect me from and these two Heroes saved my life. Kristian spent unrelentless hours working on my Computor to rid my Software and Hardware of all it's damage. I even had an CPU overheat issue that Rick first told me how to inspect and repair. It just needed a good internal dusting with compressed air. problem one solved !!!! Yahoo !!!! Then Kristian did his secret Agent work and Kicked all the Bad guys Asses !!! Thanks to my new friends , I fell more confident now than I ever before being onboard of the Priority 1 Ship. If you don't allow these guys protect all of your computer Softwareand Hardware, You're making a HUGE MISTAKE. Thank you guys for saving all my precious Data. Craig from New Hampshire.

Priority1 is a relatively new entrant in the field of computer help. They certainly deserve the finest rating.I recently suffered a massive breakdown in the operation of my three year old desktop machine where excellent operation had been the norm. As a result of some foolish moves I made, my Windows 7 operating system was seriously corrupted and operating chaos prevailed.After I established contact with Priority1, they were able, in short order, not only to restore proper operation, but, more significantly to offer suggestions for improvement which, when adopted, resulted in completely reliable operating speeds beyond what I could have expected. Files now open at an eye's blink and lengthy downloads snap right in.They re very easy to deal with, and their thoroughly patient and painstaking approach to problem solving is highly admirable. They are the best I have encountered in this field.

They have been wonderful. My computer had been messed up by a scam and they fixed it and anything I have needed they have fixed. Rick and Kristian have been the best. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. You can trust them.
