Ibrahim was outstanding in diagnosing my Dell XPS 8930 PC. I attempted to install a new HDD hard drive but it became stuck in the drive bay. He easily removed the necessary brackets, reinstalled it correctly and configured it as well. Also he replaced my old 512K SSD drive with a new 2TB SSD drive which was surely needed and a fresh installation of Windows 11 Pro, and updated the system software in less than an hour. Through out his repair he guided me on what he was doing. He was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and offered the right services that I needed. All done right on the premises. I highly recommend iFix Deep Computer Services for all your pc needs. Repair and labor costs was a Godsend. A+++++ Professional PC Technician. Great experience and very satisfied customer.
