Ibrahim was outstanding in diagnosing my Dell XPS 8930 PC. I attempted to install a new HDD hard drive but it became stuck in the drive bay. He easily removed the necessary brackets, reinstalled it correctly and configured it as well. Also he replaced my old 512K SSD drive with a new 2TB SSD drive which was surely needed and a fresh installation of Windows 11 Pro, and updated the system software in less than an hour. Through out his repair he guided me on what he was doing. He was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and offered the right services that I needed. All done right on the premises. I highly recommend iFix Deep Computer Services for all your pc needs. Repair and labor costs was a Godsend. A+++++ Professional PC Technician. Great experience and very satisfied customer. My experience with ifix deep computer was beyond exceptional from start to finish and beyond. I was hoping to build a custom PC from scratch and had no idea where to start. I was guided on exactly what parts to pick at each step along the way that best suited my end needs and use case, something I surely would have not been able to figure out on my own.
Following multiple iterations and frequent back and forth, where they were incredibly responsive, I finally settled on all the necessary parts and ordered them.
In just a week after the parts arrived, my custom PC was 100% built to professional standards and loaded with all of the bells and whistles to get me started. After picking up my computer and working in it for a few months, I unfortunately ran into an error with my graphics card. I was able to reach out with a description of the issue, troubleshoot it and have my computer brought in and repaired same day good as new.
This is truly a white glove service through and through and I could not recommend ifix deep computer enough to anyone who is looking to do something as complex as build a custom PC or as simple as routine upgrades and repairs. Thank you again for everything!!
