We had an emergency as our current IT was unavailable and out of the country. Jean responded right away and was able to come into a new environment as not all networks are the same. Fixed our issues with the firewall and got us up and running. Within the next few days, he updated and fixed other issues. I am simplifying as there was a lot that needed to be done but I am very happy and satisfied and will definitely use Jean from now on. Thank you!
