He was fantastic - very nice but most importantly professional. You can tell he knows tons about computers. I had put several requests out and no one really wanted to work on my Mac because it was significantly older but he did not hesitate. My computer went from me not being able to move the mouse because of the lag of time to me being to remote to work with no issue. Strongly recommend his services. Toni. We are sorry that your experience with us was not paramount. The $55 is per hour meaning the more time we spent, that number increases. This explanation can be found in our description of services. When we left after the first intervention you had confirmed that the computer was working. If a part failed thereafter, we can’t installed it for free since we have to buy it from a provider. We didn’t charge you for our time the second time but for the Hard Drive and the OS. If you think you overpaid for this repair, please call us now we will remove the newer installed hard drive, and give you a full refund. We are not in this business to rip off customers, but to ensure their unique customer experience.
