I went in for a diagnostic repair which was no charge. Turned out to be my hard drive that was badly damaged. They gave me possibilities and choices which I liked and took the time to explain everything in detail about my choices and what was happening to my laptop. They were flexible with me and my busy schedule so I cold be able to pick it up that same day it was done. Very patient and clear with everything from start to finish. Thank you guys so much. Couldn't ask for anything better!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable , and the turn around time for repairs is very good. I can't imagine taking my laptop and my computer problems to anyone else.

I have bought two laptops from Its All About Laptops. I have been very pleased with the service both before and after the sale. Mark and his staff are very experienced and professional. Anytime I have needed a repair they have done it on time and for a reasonable price. They will always be my computer shop!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge an hourly rate unless we make a house or office call. Then the rate is $50 for the appointment which covers the first hour & then $35 per hour after that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free diagnostic for our customers so they know how much the repair will cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years experience from the 3 technicians in my employ.
