I received excellent service from IT Express. John was very knowledgeable, and kept at the problem until he reached the root cause which was no easy task. I had used someone else last year to solve the same problem but they charged me and the problem was never solved. I was very happy that John was not going to do that. To sum it up in the words of Tina Turner " You're simply the Best. Better than all the rest!" I will use him as my "go to guy" when I have an issue with my computer. Thank you John for all your hard work. It certainly paid off. On top of all this he is polite, considerate, reasonable and cleans up after the job is done!!

This is a very overdue review to communicate the excellent and highly professional experience I had in working with Yon to set up my new home office workstation. So I contacted various folks on thumbtack, and most disappeared after one phone call, after saying they would like to help me. After I spoke with Yon, he encouraged me to contact him via whatsapp with any follow up questions that I had. Having moved to Miami at the start of December, it was not the greatest time to be looking for a desktop computer, what with Christmas and all. I also had to figure out which video card would support the 4 monitors I wanted to use. Not being a techhead, I would send Yon links to computers and ask if this would work. He always answered back promptly, and I never got the feeling that I was pestering him. Many of the computers I sent to him would be sold out the next day, damn you xmas! With Yon’s help, I finally found a desktop that would work at Best Buy, and purchased it right away. Setting up a time for Yon to come help set up my workstation was painless. I told him everything that was required, and he quickly gave me a fair quote. On the day of the install, he arrived on time and brought his toolkit. The guy was professional and easy to work with. Basically, he installed everything while I was in the living room watching tv. This included a big stand-up desk. I offered to help him assemble it, but he just went ahead and did it anyway, heavy desk and all. He also took all the monitors out of their boxes and installed those, including a 40-inch beast that I had purchased. Given how knowledgeable and industrious he was, I think I would have just gotten in his way lol. Later on it turned out that I did not have all the components and connections needed to properly finish setting up the workstation. Since I didn’t have a car due to selling my car before moving here, Yon agreed to run to Best Buy and grab everything that was needed, without complaining or making a big stink about it. This was a big relief for me, since I would have likely botched this errand, since again I don’t work in tech for a living. After he got back, he finished up the full install. This included, without me asking, using cable wraps so that I wouldn’t have wires and cables all over the place. The completed job was excellent, done in a highly professional manner, with the pride of work ownership exceptionally evident. Everything worked flawlessly (still does!!), was neat and professional, and done without me needing to help/interfere. He took me through the setup, and we ran through it a couple of times to make certain that I understood how everything worked, setting up new passwords and so forth. I definitely appreciated this patient and professional walk-through. With the run to Best Buy, the job did take a few more hours to complete, but I was more than happy to pay Yon for the extra time, for the run to Best Buy, to reimburse for the items he had to purchase, and to include a tip of another hour. He didn’t ask for it, but with the fantastic and excellent final product he delivered, I thought he more than deserved it. Yon had bent over backwards to make this an easy and stress-free experience for me. As I previously mentioned, I was thrilled with the final product. I appreciated the high level of professionalism and work ethic that he easily demonstrated to finish the install. The workstation worked flawlessly, still does, and I couldn’t be happier with the job Yon did. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Yon for any tech jobs that you need done. I’ve definitely found my tech guy, and won’t need to bother calling anyone else in the future.

I’m VERY well please !! Yon did an excellent job I actually gave him an extra tip because I was blown away about his professionalism. He updated my windows 8 to a windows 10 and he put in a new drive . His price was unmatchable if you are looking for Professionalism here he is in the flesh He very fast and efficient. We’ll be saving him for future projects, he went over and beyond.
