I highly recommend Jose Morales, owner of TNA74 construction because he is doing such a great job repairing my house. The minute we met him I felt his energy, he has a great smile. He submitted a contract that we both signed disclosing the time for everything to be completed from start to finish. What I like the most is his personal approach to doing the work himself and sending me step by step pics while he is in duty. Some people collect the money but they send unqualified workers to mess up things. One can tell that he really likes what he is doing.

Tito is a responsible person who will make sure the job gets done precisely and on time with great interpersonal skills However he is actually a handyman who teams up with others associates to get the work done and the price he qoutes you at the beginning doesn't apply. In my case I hired him to install 2 glass doors for our bathroom which we agreed to install for $450. He came on day one to get the work done but didn't had any clue how to even put it together. Next day he came with another associate to install but changed the price from $450 to $800 and his associate was still wasn't happy with it when I was paying him. That is sad to see. The regular price of such installation in thumbstack and other companies is around $500 ($250/ door). I was put in awkward situation to pay $800 but since the job did got done to perfection I do thank him for making it happen and working all day on a Saturday.
