A Caring Counselor

Introduction: We offer a place for healing and growth. We provide relationship or marital and individual counseling and tailor our approach to the needs of each client. Areas of treatment for couples are coaching and providing education around the stages of relationship, healthy communication, developing intimacy, connecting with each other through understanding and empathy which leads to healing and growth. Treatment issues addressed with individuals include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, co-dependency issues and applying mindfulness to life's challenging issues.
