The Center of Connected Living - FL

Introduction: I am the founder and director of The Center of Connected Living - FL. As a marriage and family therapist, I see all relationships as fluid, interconnected and influenced by an unbelievable number of outside forces. My specialties are individual, adolescent, couple and family therapy. While I work from a strength-based perspective, I also incorporate ideas stemming from a mind-body-spirit connection, yoga, Buddhism and family systems theories. I have chosen these philosophies for healing after a great deal of study, therapeutic, and personal experience. I have provided therapy for mental health community agencies in NY and Broward County, FL. I was the family therapist for three years at a multi-cultural middle school, and have extensive experience working with adolescent girls. Additionally, I have a background in career counseling using family therapy ideas. I have co-published three articles in peer-reviewed academic journals concerning couples and the quarter-life crisis.
