Eldad and his colleagues are very knowledgeable and responsible. They were able to accommodate us in our various needs and exceed our expectations. They came by and taught us all we needed to know about Basic Life saving techniques. He is someone who takes pride in his work and his company. it was an excellent experience. The instructors explained the material very clearly and made sure that everyone understood each step before moving on. We were able to practice hands-on techniques, which gave me the confidence to respond in a real emergency.
