She did a virtual multi-session group dancercise workshop over a holiday weekend. What fun and what a workout! I need another one. It was intergenerational so I appreciated her effort in adapting some routines for those of us who were a little slower and less fit.

DeLauren is an amazing dancer andnjoyed lessons in hip hop and Caribbean dance moves. She is pleasant, patient and took the time to explain the moves and ensure I had the correct form. I have a great time during my lessons, and DeLauren makes it fun!

She is a great teacher, knows her techniques and is pleasant. I would definitely use her service again if I wanted to learn some new moves.
