- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for Senior, Military, Police, First responders and Teachers We don't charge a service fee to show up all charges include up to 1 hour of service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We except all major forms of payment, some jobs require a deposit (but we will inform you ahead of time) If the person responsible for payment isn't there, they can put a credit card on file with a not to exceed limit and we will always quote expected costs prior to doing any work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
many many years ago I went to plumbing trade school after deciding I enjoyed this field of work and want to be more knowledgeable and efficient
