We have the hottest music, the props and the barre. All you have to do is show up. The best part is you will have a blast while getting in the best shape of your life! Description: Raise, tighten and tremble your way through the hottest class! Taut, tight and raised! Barre-None combines yoga, Pilates, dance, and isometric movements to contour the body into a svelte goddess. No dance experience is necessary, just the ability to hold onto the portable barre is required. These classes are barre-none, the quickest and most result-oriented way to change the shape of your body. You can start seeing results in 3-4 weeks if you train 3x a week. What you can expect during the class is being able to watch the instructor demo the exercises enough times so you can see the right form.
