Introduction: Vinyasa means moving with your breath. My classes incorporate breath work, challenging asanas (poses), and spirituality to offer a complete sense of well-being. The lessons are tailored to my client’s areas of focus and level of experience. Chair yoga is also offered for those with limited mobility. All postures are demonstrated and safe alignment is ensured.
