I used Floridian for home inspection and also for termite inspection to purchase my first home in Florid.... Work was done quick, on schedule and was very responsive. Since I don't move in for a month, as I visit the property and slowly found out in the duration of 2 - 4 weeks that FPC did not catch issues such as; a crack on the stove surface, the refrigerator ice maker and freezer did not work, water leak in the skylight. As I communicated with FPC their response was they are not responsible for these issues after 14 days. Very disappointed.... Luckily I caught the stove top crack in time to have the ex-owner replaced. I have to replace the refrigerator and dealing with the leak is a major cost... :(

Ruben and Floridian Property Consultants did my real estate inspection a year ago. They did such a great job that I actually called them back again for an insurance inspection recently and they were great once again.
