I tried several diets and detoxes, but nothing lasted and I always ended up reverting to my old ways as far as eating goes. Kristen coached me on how to prepare foods I like , but modified for my health, and without sacrificing taste or flavor. Now I can shop and choose foods without spending hours in the grocery store aisles reading labels; she cut to the chase and taught me just to eat whole and clean. She prepared foods for me that were in my comfort zone, and introduced me to new foods with amazing benefits and new flavors. I see the difference in how I feel and it's an added bonus when she randomly tries a new recipe or surprised me with her homemade chocolates.

I wanted to maximize my diet for performance and health as a middle-aged man with a very active lifestyle. I explained my food history and meal desires to her and she created a fantastic menu for me. Her clean vegetable dishes are so good- but her hearty meat plates are so satisfying too! A+ work Kristen, and I will recommend you to anyone and everyone.Thank you for putting me on the low-sugar and gluten-free path. I really feel much better overall because of it. I didn't want to have to give up my desserts and baked goods, and with your recipes, I don't have to.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    It came naturally. I have been cooking since I was a kid and as an adult people have always wanted a taste of what I was eating. After a few years of people asking for another bite I started cooking for them.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Custom menus, food shopping, preparing meals, and gluten free baked goods. My clients have also been loving my hibiscus spice Kefir.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    I prepared meals that a client brought to her mother in the hospital. Her strength and awareness improved when she started eating food I prepared. It felt great to be a part of her healing.
