- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It came naturally. I have been cooking since I was a kid and as an adult people have always wanted a taste of what I was eating. After a few years of people asking for another bite I started cooking for them.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Custom menus, food shopping, preparing meals, and gluten free baked goods. My clients have also been loving my hibiscus spice Kefir.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I prepared meals that a client brought to her mother in the hospital. Her strength and awareness improved when she started eating food I prepared. It felt great to be a part of her healing.
