My new motorized single-car garage door was installed late night in July 3rd, looks great, and works fine thus far. I chose Thumbtack to schedule appointments with three companies, seeking to choose one. As a business owner, I realize how important customer service is, and how important positive reviews are. My review overall is positive, due to Adam’s willingness to communicate with me promptly- before, during, and after the installation was completed. I had an initial bad experience with the young man who came out to do the initial inspection. I immediately contacted Adam. Adam apologized for my initial bad experience, assured me that they would complete the project to my satisfaction, and then I agreed to have Dependable Garage Door do the job. But for Adam’s communication during a few issues and a few challenges, my review would not be positive. I highly recommend him.
