My garage door opener was not working properly and another company had told me I need to replace the garage door. I called New Era for a second opinion before spending $1500. Sean from New Era was very professional and thorough in his diagnostics and was able to find the problem and repair the garage door opener. In the future when I need to replace it or service my garage door opener, I will definitely go to New Era! Better price, better service!

I had an excellent experience with New Era Services when they replaced the torsion springs on my garage door in Fort Lauderdale (33301). From start to finish, the service was professional, fast, and very reasonably priced.The technician, Michael, was outstanding. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained exactly what needed to be done. You can tell he really knows his craft. The repair was completed efficiently, and my garage door is now working smoother and quieter than before.Its not always easy to find reliable and honest service companies, but New Era Services definitely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Fort Lauderdale area who needs garage door repair or maintenance. Great work and great customer service!

Sean was amazing! I had an emergency—my garage door was literally falling—and he showed up within 20 minutes. He helped me fix the door and honestly saved the day. Super professional, fair pricing, and very transparent. He also sent me a quote for either a new garage door or maintenance to keep the one I have. He left everything working like new—no noise, smooth operation, beautiful job. Highly recommend! Ask for Sean! I only have the before pic but now is like new.
