I higher New Era, to replaced my garage door keypad. Initially, they installed a generic keypad, but after I contacted the owner, he personally came the following day, and installed an original keypad. I am very pleased with New Era for rectifying this issue for me. I highly recommend New Era for any issues with garage doors.

Sean was amazing! I had an emergency—my garage door was literally falling—and he showed up within 20 minutes. He helped me fix the door and honestly saved the day. Super professional, fair pricing, and very transparent. He also sent me a quote for either a new garage door or maintenance to keep the one I have. He left everything working like new—no noise, smooth operation, beautiful job. Highly recommend! Ask for Sean! I only have the before pic but now is like new.

The work ethic of this company is world class, they arrived within the window that they provided, they quickly went about removing my old garage door and installing a new garage door along with a motor. And even afterwards, one of their supervisors came by to ensure that I knew how to properly maintain the door afterwards.
