Sean was amazing! I had an emergency—my garage door was literally falling—and he showed up within 20 minutes. He helped me fix the door and honestly saved the day. Super professional, fair pricing, and very transparent. He also sent me a quote for either a new garage door or maintenance to keep the one I have. He left everything working like new—no noise, smooth operation, beautiful job. Highly recommend! Ask for Sean! I only have the before pic but now is like new.

WOW! We had seriously given up on finding good, honest, and reliable contractors but Konstantin with New Era completely changed our minds. Very responsive from the beginning and asked all the questions to make sure he knew exactly what we needed to not overcharge us. He explained everything and we chose exactly what we wanted. Turn around time was perfect for us. They took care of permits and everything. Everyone in the team was very polite and good workers. The value is unmatched. You got amazing service, great quality, and honest work. You can tell Konstantin takes great pride in his work. We only wished we would’ve known about New Era before we had done our windows and doors to get it done with them. TRUST ME NEW ERA IS UNMATCHED. Will keep recommending to everyone I know.

Your kind words about our team's work ethic and polite service mean everything to us. We’re so grateful for your trust, recommendation, and support!
