We believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Customers receive clear estimates before any work begins. We also offer promotions on tune-ups, inspections, spring repairs, and new installations throughout the year. Our goal is to provide quality work at fair prices while helping customers avoid costly future breakdowns through preventative maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customer’s concerns and gathering details about the issue. From there, we schedule a convenient appointment and perform a full inspection of the garage door system. Once we diagnose the problem, we explain the options clearly and provide upfront pricing before any work begins. After the repair or installation is completed, we test the system thoroughly and make sure the customer understands everything before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have hands-on training and real-world experience working with all major garage door and opener brands. We stay updated on the latest products, safety standards, and installation techniques to ensure every repair and installation is done correctly and safely. We also continuously train in troubleshooting, spring systems, opener programming, and preventative maintenance.
