did work to get sprinkler pump primed but pump lost prime in less than 3 hours. Billy said he would return Thursday to work on it but did not show up, did not return multiple calls and never responded to text messages.

He hit the hired button when I never hired him. At first we went back and forth via voice mail and then he just never returned my voice mails. I didn't appreciate him hitting the hire button when I didn't hire him. I gave him a "poor" review because he did message me at first but then I went ignored as if he couldn't be bothered by me.
