Our pricing depends on the customer, would they like to supply some of the material, I Have 40 years in the business and will try to work within a budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer, I like to visit the site, understand what they are trying to accomplish and help them with my experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My college is Florida international University's construction management program. I've also taken the national Association of homebuilders aging in place class to familiarize myself further with ADA requirements. Every 2 years when I renew my general contractor's license. I review all of the new rules, building department regulations and ADA requirements.
