Pricing varies based on the scope of work, materials, site conditions, and timeline. We provide clear, upfront estimates after reviewing the project details, and for larger remodels an on-site consultation may be required before final pricing is given. We do not believe in hidden fees. Any changes to scope are discussed and approved before work proceeds. Discounts may be available for bundled services or larger projects. Payment terms and deposits (when applicable) are outlined clearly before scheduling work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial conversation to understand the project goals, scope, and timeline. Depending on the project, this may be followed by an on-site consultation or walkthrough. After reviewing the details, we provide a written estimate outlining the work to be performed. Once approved, we schedule the project, confirm materials and logistics, and keep communication clear throughout the process until completion.

We are a licensed and insured general contracting company with hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, and repair. Our background includes managing and performing work on kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and general home improvements. Our team has hands-on experience across general contracting, home remodeling, and repair services, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and code-compliant work.
