FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Project Initiation: I accumulate all the necessary information for the project, either by a face-to-face meeting with the client or a questionnaire by phone or email. Once the client decides to proceed, I require a deposit for the first half of the project. 2. Research: After reviewing all the information and materials given to me, I then start the research, taking into account competitors, market trends, product/service differentiators, the history of the business, etc. 3. Concept: After analyzing the research gathered, I develop a strategy for the design and functionality of the project. I then present different concepts to the client to get approval or disapproval before moving on to further development and refinement. 4. Presentation & Refinement: Fully developed concepts are presented to the client, who will then review the designs and provide feedback. I will make any necessary changes based on the client's requests and put the final touches. 4. Completion: With an approved design, the remaining bill for the project will be invoiced to the client and the final files will be handed off to the the client or a third-party, which may be a printer or media outlet. I may also provide assistance with printing.
