Jimi's fantastic! Only had one long lesson so far, he met me where I was in my guitar studies and gave me so much to work with. Really patient and makes you feel comfortable.

I got my 7 years old daughter getting guitar lessons with Jimi and he is really good with the kids! I Drive for 30 minutes to get to he's place every Saturday morning it's 50 miles round trip but it worth the drive 👍

Best in guitar instruction! Jimi Fiano! I have taken several lessons with this professional, and I want to say that he demonstrated a great skill in teaching! He demonstrates patience and he is very sharp in his music theory, thus bringing great delivery. I highly recommend any one looking for a top guitar instructor, that would be him!

OK here it is.... Regardless of the level of ability/experience you have with your guitar playing, Jimi can and WILL take you to the next level and beyond. Beginners- If you are just breaking into guitar playing Jimi is extremely patient and makes learning a lot of fun. Being a dad himself Jimi understands what kids want and how they learn, and keeps you engaged and interested with easy steps and lots of tasty cool stuff to get you more excited about learning to play. Intermediate- This is where I came in. Jimi immediately tuned into my previous knowledge and ability and got me playing 100% better within the first lesson. If you remember the old saying "practice makes perfect" they are wrong...perfect practice makes perfect!. If you practice doing it wrong you will never get better.. you'll get worse! Jimi has a way of teaching that cuts to the chase, meaning he gives exactly what you need to play and play well. Let's face it, you are going to have to learn scales, some theory etc. to "get it" , but in the process Jimi will be relating it to songs and parts of songs that you know so it makes sense and have a lot of fun at the same time. We've had so many laughs that my sides hurt from laughing so much. Another really big part that I liked about working with Jimi is that he has never forgotten his own learning path to being a professional. He often recalls the bits and pieces of the learning that was difficult for him and how he conquered it. I remember him saying "this is your bully, are you going to take this from a bully, or are you going punch that bully in the face..! Worked for me..I got mad and made it happen..! Jimi is very patient but at the same time he doesn't string you along as a student, every lesson is exactly what you need at your pace. Advanced and Professional- As you know every musician needs to work with a good mentor to freshen your playing up and work on some ruff edges. Since Jimi has been there and Played with the big names, and still does today, he is the go-to guy for a wealth of information. Do you know your equipment?, you sure?? Jimi has given me a wealth of knowledge of various types effects, pedals, amps, pick ups, strings, picks, and just about everything a good guitar needs to know to stand out and get noticed. Price per session- I know that Jimi has some group rates and specials, but really, if you factor in what you will be learning and how fast your progress will be, I would rather take one lesson with Jimi than 10 with some of the others teachers I had. Seriously, if you want to be a guitar player and be good at it, you need to seek the real deal... If you hear Jimi play at one of his gigs, you will be sold. Couple that with being a real honest and humble gentleman you can't get that at any price. Peace.
