FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the type of job, size of the project, and condition of the area. Every home and repair situation is different, so we prefer to give accurate estimates after understanding the details. We sometimes offer discounts for larger projects, repeat customers, or when multiple services are done in one visit. There are no hidden fees — we explain all costs before starting the work, so clients know exactly what they are paying for. Quality work and fair pricing are always our goal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the customer contacts us and explains what needs to be done. We ask a few questions to understand the project and may request photos or schedule a quick visit if needed. After that, we provide a clear estimate and explain the scope of work. Once everything is approved, we schedule the job at a remind convenient time. On the work day, we arrive on time, protect the area, and complete the job carefully and efficiently. We keep the workspace clean and update the customer if anything unexpected comes up. When the work is finished, we review everything together to make sure the customer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in home repair, maintenance, and improvement projects, along with ongoing practical training in tools, materials, and modern repair techniques. My background includes painting, drywall repair, trim and molding installation, flooring work, minor carpentry, and general home maintenance. General home maintenance includes small repairs such as fixing door hinges, handles, locks, cabinets, and shelving; wall and finish work like patching cracks and holes, touch-up painting, and caulking in kitchens and bathrooms; basic plumbing tasks such as replacing faucets, showerheads, drains, and addressing minor leaks; light electrical work including replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures; window and door adjustments, seal replacement, and screen repairs; as well as preventive maintenance to keep the home in good condition and avoid larger, more expensive problems. I continue to improve my skills through real job experience, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices to ensure safe, professional, and long-lasting results. Attention to detail, proper preparation, and correct use of materials are key parts of every project I complete.
