- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the project. I’m always upfront about costs and will usually provide a quick estimate after seeing photos or a description of the job. My goal is to offer fair pricing and quality work with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by asking the customer to send photos and a brief description of the project. From there I can often provide a quick estimate and schedule a time to complete the work. I focus on clear communication and making sure the customer is happy with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through CW Builders Group I’ve managed and completed a variety of residential and commercial repair and construction projects. This experience has given me strong hands-on knowledge of repairs, installations, and problem-solving on job sites.
