We keep pricing fair, upfront, and transparent. Rates are based on the distance, size/weight of the item, and any stairs or special handling needs. We provide a clear quote before the job so there are no hidden fees or surprises. We also offer bundled pricing for multiple items and discounts for repeat customers. Our goal is to deliver top-quality service at a price that makes sense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I gather all job details — item type, pickup/drop-off locations, stairs or special conditions. Then I provide a clear, upfront quote. On the day of service, I confirm before arrival, load and secure items carefully, deliver them safely, and ensure the customer is satisfied before wrapping up. Simple, professional, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in transport, loading, securement, and safe handling of everything from appliances to specialty equipment. I’m also trained in proper lifting techniques, cargo securement, and safety protocols to prevent damage or injury throughout the move.
