- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always call the customer as soon as the request comes in. For me is important to visit the customer site and assess the situation to give the most appropriate solution. I do not charge for the assessment visit. NO COMPROMISE for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Graduated Electrical engineer from a foreign Country University in 1988. I'm in the process to revalidate my Engineer grade.
