Humberto is a true pro. I interviewed 2 other guys for the job who were less money but required me to figure out details and order parts, etc. I was fully capable of doing the job myself - so I know when a job is done right. Humberto came and figured everything out, ordered ALL the parts, installed everything professionally. He's an Electrical Engineer - just so you know those EE guys are the smart of the smart. Great personality - he's a sweetheart of a man. I knew I made the right choice. I highly recommend him for any job you have and you'll get a turn-key outcome done right the first time. We're now looking at several other projects that I need to get done. When you find someone good, you stay with them.

Quick response to my project; understood the assignment before arrival; was able to schedule me the very next day and arrived on time in the am. I was awestruck by his knowledge and discovered he is a retired engineer and just wants to keep busy. He worked alone had all his tools didn’t need anything from us. I would highly recommend Faggiano services for all your home remodel and renovations.
Humberto was very responsive and worked with us to arrange a time that worked in our tight schedule. He was super friendly and did a great job! He had to work around a baby, toys and lots of out of town family in a close space. We were so happy he could do it and quickly installed 3 fans. Highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always call the customer as soon as the request comes in. For me is important to visit the customer site and assess the situation to give the most appropriate solution. I do not charge for the assessment visit. NO COMPROMISE for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Graduated Electrical engineer from a foreign Country University in 1988. I'm in the process to revalidate my Engineer grade.
