German quality is truly above the typical local. He didn’t try to upsell me on any nonsense packages, showed up right on time, and had every detail covered. Pictures turned out absolutely perfect. He even went the extra mile — learning and setting up a 3D tour with their software when I requested it.

This was my first time using someone from Thumbtack, I really didn't know what to expect. So I email German and he called me back right the way.
