German was excellent to work with. He mounted my TV in a challenging area where the studs were difficult to access. His work quality was impeccable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, including installing an outlet behind the TV to neatly conceal the cable. He even went the extra mile — learning and setting up a 3D tour with their software when I requested it.
