- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the scope, complexity, and location of the project. Most small service visits have a $150 minimum. For clearly defined work, we provide a flat-rate estimate whenever possible. Larger projects and recurring commercial maintenance plans are priced individually based on the scope and service frequency. Materials and any applicable payment-processing fees are clearly discussed before work begins. Combining several tasks into one visit is usually the most cost-effective option. Initial estimates are free, and any additional work or change in scope must be approved by the customer before we proceed. No surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by reviewing the project details, photos, location, timeline, and any access requirements. For commercial properties, we also ask about business hours, building rules, required documents, and the best time to complete the work with minimal disruption. Once we understand the scope, we provide a clear estimate and schedule the project. During the work, we protect the surrounding area, communicate about any unexpected conditions, complete the agreed scope, and clean the work area before leaving. For recurring maintenance clients, we can create a property-specific record containing paint colors, material information, completed repairs, and future maintenance needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our strongest qualification is extensive hands-on experience with both commercial and residential maintenance projects. Our work has included complete office refreshes, large interior painting projects, office furniture and workstation assembly, TV and equipment installation, drywall repair, decorative wall systems, door and hardware service, and general property maintenance. We carefully review manufacturer specifications, installation requirements, and current best practices for every project. We also understand the limits of handyman work. When a project requires licensed electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work, we can help coordinate an appropriately qualified trade professional.
