Konstantin was incredibly accommodating and flexible. He repaired our clothes drier ventilation reattaching it to the roof so it emits heat outside again, phew! He changed lightbulbs and installed a seniors toilet seat riser. He also patched another hole we had in our ceiling that went up the attic. He helped me organize boxes, stack chairs and carpets, and haul garbage from our garage allowing us to have a much needed “spring cleaning” in our garage. He is very pleasant and hard working. I would certainly hire him again when we need a handyman.

Second time, Second 5 Stars - Hired him to install a skuttle door so the AC Company could replace the air handler in the attic, he recommended a cheaper better option for the door, super fast easy install and he cleaned up the area after he was done. A+, a rare find in South Florida. He does what he says he will do.
